Since its establishment in 1971 as the predecessor, the Swedish Textile Research Institute, by Mikiko Yamanashi, the Swedish weaving course has consistently continued with the theme of \u201denriching life.\u201d From April 2023, we have relocated our classes to the archive studio in Denenchofu (currently under preparation) and established a new course open to everyone, so that each person can experience the warmth of handmade at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
